Zach is the best he had everything ready for me to test drive before I even got there. After driving I had to have it and Zach and the finance company they use work together to get me my car. Shout out to Zach at Village car store and Rick at the finance company. You 2 made my experience flawless and couldn't be happier with my new car. I love it! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you both!
I bought a 2013 Audi Q5 3.0T here in 2022. The car had 197k miles but ran flawlessly. The only issue I had was oil consumption, but that is unfortunately something that comes with these cars at that mileage. As long as I kept the oil topped off, it kept running. Unfortunately the car was in an accident recently, but I’m sure I could’ve squeezed out another 50-100k miles. The salesperson I worked with was great and not pushy at all. I had been to 8 other dealerships the day I bought the Q5, and I wasn’t even looking for a used German car. I’d highly recommend this place. One caveat; you need to be somewhat knowledgeable about used cars. You need to know that a used German car will have oil or coolant issues. Do your homework and set your expectations accordingly.
Salesman said the car had no mechanical issues, but we had warning lights come on while driving it home. We asked the next morning if we could undo the sale and he said he’d call Monday. Wednesday we did hear back and they did look at it for us, but the fix only lasted long enough for the title to process. As is means as is.
Pros: The car was pretty.
Cons: It doesn’t run for more than a few miles without an oil change.
Probably the fastest and easiest car purchase we have ever made. Even when we had a problem a couple days later, they fixed it! Thanks Bret!
Fast , friendly, helpful what more could you ask for
Very unprofessional and ghetto, bought a car from them and they were trying to sell it to me with a broken headlight, the starring wheel got hard on me was super hard to turn the wheels and when I opened the hood it was crusted shut so it needed to be replaced, the breaks was bad even though they told me they fixed it, instead of fixing it they told me something flew on my Roders and its scratching it up and that's why my breaks are making noises. My car kept jerking back and forth as if something was wrong with the engine or transmission, but they told me it was because my engine was big and I would get use to it, few weeks later took it to a professional and they told me it was indeed my transmission I went back to them, and they told me it has been 6 months and there is nothing they can do! IT ONLY BEEN 6 MONTHS the transmission was messed up on that car BEFORE I bought the car. and now I'm stuck with 7,000 to pay on a car that might break down before I'm done paying the amount. They just try to take your money and sell you a bad car! This place was really good when his dad was running it, he made sure everything was good on the car BEFORE he sold it now, he got his son running it and he's messing up big time!!! I wouldn't recommend.
Bought a 2008 BMW X3 here, very friendly people to work with and the held the car until the end of the week when we could get in to buy it and refunded our deposit, which surprised me, really like our SUV!!
Going on week 3 with my new to me 2014 BMW 3 series and it runs great! After a pre purchase inspection, I was concerned about a turbo computer code showing an issue. The owner was able to resolve the code issue and wrote in a 6 month warranty on the turbo.
Would have given this company 5 stars, but on pickup the vehicle had 1/8 a tank of gas. I asked the owner if it could be filled and he said they usually don't, but he would reimburse me $20 if I brought a receipt back. Current gas prices would get me about 4 gallons and that seemed cheap.
Only one key fob was available. The owner initially told me they just received the vehicle, and sometimes additional key fobs will come later. I followed up the next week and a sales representative told me if only one was sent, that's all I should expect. Not sure if the owner was dishonest, or if their is not good procedural knowledge in their sales team.
Overall, a good car at a great price. I would buy here again.
They have many cars to choose from across many ranges.
We purchased a 2009 Honda Fit for our daughter in February. Let me tell you...The entire experience from inquiry to test drive to inspection to repair of identified issues to delivery and Titling and Registration was so positive.
I can truly say that they were honest and transparent and when they say that they try to do right...they do. The owner was approachable and pleasant (as well as the rest of the Sales team) and the Service team went above and beyond!
In the end...I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car and can truly say that they are open to addressing any identified issues when it comes to "shoring up any gaps". As with any used car, from any source, I recommend getting a pre-purchase inspection from a reputable mechanic, and then just be honest and transparent with them and see what can be worked out.
By the way, our daughter ❤️ her car!
Thanks Village Car Store Team!
Drove 2hrs to this dealership to look at a specific car. Car looked nice and clean. Car drives nice without issues. Salesman was great. Addressed my concern and even involved the mechanic who was very knowledgeable. Great deal. Bought the car. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great car at a great price.
Good price and good experience. Excellent communication. Car was ready when promised. No BS, no games, just smooth, honest transaction. Would definitely buy from again.
